    A Middlesex Superior Court judge has allowed a preliminary injunction temporarily barring the owner of Ristuccia Arena from selling the facility to the town of Wilmington. James Reidy, Rotondo's lawyer, argued in a hearing June 16 that a clause in his contract for managing the rink allowed his client an option to purchase the rink first, should the owner choose to sell.
