    A 44-year-old Clay County man is behind bars on six felony counts of attempted unlawful filing of false documents in a complicated scheme to defraud State Attorney Angela Corey, local judges and Clay County's clerk of court, according to a 15-page affidavit. Richard Price Tucker was arrested March 30 after his extradition from a federal prison in Williamsburg, Va., and remains in the Clay County jail on $150,000 bail, according to jail records.
