    On Monday, July 25, 2016 at approximately 6:22 PM, Kentucky State Police Post 11, London received a report of a fatal collision involving two pedestrians on KY HWY 895 in the Canadatown community of Whitley County. Upon arrival, Accident Reconstructionist Trooper Delzie Kelly determined that a 2004 Suzuki Forenza operated by Sonia P. Askins, 46, of Williamsburg was traveling southbound on KY HWY 895 when she crossed the centerline and struck two pedestrians Joshua L. Bennett, 37, of Williamsburg and Teresa L. Ward, 40, of Williamsburg that were walking southbound.
