    My daughter, all of 7, is a graduate of our church's Sunday School, or what is now known as “religious education.” She helps me teach the class of “3s,” setting out books and toys for the little ones to play with as they arrive and handing out supplies and snacks. Our 3-year-old students are adorables: solemn and serious when they arrive with their parents, sometimes tearful and shy, but more often open and curious.
