    Texas Department of Public Safety officials Sunday evening identified the 15-year-old victim of a one-vehicle wreck Saturday in Hill County as Kayla Marie Anderson of Whitney. She was driving a Polaris all-terrain vehicle on Hill County Road 2115 when it partially overturned in loose gravel about 8:10 p.m. Saturday and pinned her underneath.
