The accident occurred at 9:50 a.m. on Farm Road 2114 south of Aquilla when a vehicle driven by Donald Davis of Duncanville left the roadway and rolled. Authorities made contact with a driver, identified as a 41-year-old Whitney woman, and a passenger, identified as a 23-year-old Whitney man during a traffic stop on Farm Road 1713 north of Whitney. While being questioned by deputies, the passenger told authorities that he had a small baggie of marijuana inside of the vehicle.
