Corman Railroad along the Lehigh River. The abandoned rail bed runs alongside Jaindl's new Waterfront development to be located under the Tilghman Street Bridge at the site of the former Lehigh Structural Company just east of downtown.

At the Allentown Neighborhood Improvement Zone Development Authority meeting Wednesday evening, the board unanimously approved the Phase 1, Stage 1 application consisting of two office buildings, one residential building, off-street parking and parking garage and an 8,000-square-foot building.
