    An April 28 deadline, invoked by developer Percontee to reach final agreement with Montgomery County over construction of a life-science town center in White Oak, came and went last week as both sides agreed to extend talks until May 19. Percontee Executive Vice President Jonathan Genn warned last month that the company would walk away from plans for Viva White Oak unless an agreement was reached by April 28. The county and the company are at odds over environmental issues and restrictive covenants on Percontee-owned land that Montgomery officials said could result in court challenges to the project.
