    Members of the Ohio Fourth District Court of Appeals, meeting Thursday in Marietta, were asked to allow a Whipple man, convicted of murder nearly two years ago, to change the plea that resulted in a sentence of life in prison with the possibility of parole after 52 years. "I filed a motion to withdraw his guilty plea," local attorney Dennis Sipe said following a presentation before Fourth District Judges Marie Hoover, William Harsha, and Matthew McFarland Thursday.
