    The Illinois Appellate Court recently overturned the murder conviction of a former Arlington Heights man who is serving a 45-year prison term for the 2013 death of a man, who was shot while he was walking his dog in a Wheeling neighborhood. Jesus Sanchez, 23, who was found guilty of the murder in November 2014, had his conviction reversed Tuesday after the appellate court found that the evidence presented in the case "does not prove that he committed the offense," the court's decision states.
