    WHARTON - A Morris County man who police say lied about his military service record and received free gifts as a result, including a $30,000 new deck, was hit with additional charges Tuesday. Police served 66-year-old Robert Guidi Tuesday at the Morris County Correctional Facility, where he has been held since his arrest last month, with charges he filed out false applications to receive benefits from the Military Order of Purple Heart and the Wounded Warriors, according to a press release.
