Mayor Pam Bobst, Police Chief Kelly Stillman and the Police Department will host the seventh annual Citizens Police Academy 6:30-9:30 p.m. on 14 Tuesdays, beginning Jan. 24. The program will end with a ceremony on May 2. There will be no class on April 18. Applications are being accepted until Dec. 20, or until space is filled.
