    Westerville voters approved each of the eight local liquor options on the Nov. 8 ballot, according to final unofficial results from the Franklin and Delaware County Boards of Elections. In Precinct 1-A, Rising Sun Cafe, 43 E. Home St., received permission for weekday sales of beer, wine and mixed beverages with 79 percent of the votes cast in favor.
