    A teacher at a business in the 600 block of Park Meadow Road reported to Westerville police that a man exposed himself outside the facility on the evening of Nov. 3. The woman told police she was sitting at her desk in the office, which offers foreign language classes for children, when she heard a knock on the front door just before 8 p.m. When she went to the door, she saw a man saying something, but could only make out, "do you want?" She then realized the man had exposed himself and was touching his genitals. She screamed and yelled for him to go away before he walked off to the southeast, Westerville police reports said.

    Days after a woman drove into the back of Roush Hardware at 609 S. State St., the reason for the crash is still uncertain. According to a crash report from the Westerville Division of Police, the woman wrecked into the building just after 5 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 9. Witnesses said the 62-year-old Westerville woman was driving a 2004 Saturn Ion eastbound on Schrock Road at about 35 mph, as she approached the State Street intersection.

Quite a bit has changed at Mark Twain Elementary School over the last four decades, and administrators at the Westerville school say that change should be celebrated.
