    Investigators said an 81-year-old Connecticut man was killed Tuesday when two boats crashed off the coast of Westerly. A 60-foot yacht and a 25-foot boat collided off Napatree Point at about 10 a.m. The U.S. Coast Guard said it is investigating whether rough seas contributed to the crash.
