    Guy Nelson Tsosie Jr., 34, of Teec Nos Pos, Arizona, died Oct. 24, 2014, after the car he was riding in left U.S. 6 at the Poplar Street exit in Helper, Carbon County, and crashed into an unoccupied house. The driver, Taukatelata Solomone Faulua, 25, of West Valley City, also died in the crash, which set the car and the house on fire.
