The West Union Dragons, Ripley Blue Jays, and host Georgetown G-Men spend a long day in the heat and on the diamond with the day beginning at 10 a.m. and not ending until nearly 6 p.m. The G-Men were the only team that survived unscathed, going 2-0 on the day, while the Dragons split at 1 - 1, and the Jays dropped both their contests. The opening tilt of the triple header matched up two teams from the Southern Hills Athletic Conference as West Union and Ripley faced off in a non-conference affair.
