    A blood-covered man was in the doorway of a West Monroe trailer when the woman drove by Monday morning. The man was hunched over with his right eye swollen shut, the passerby told deputies in a witness statement filed in court and obtained by Syracuse.com The man was covered in so much blood, the woman said, that it was impossible to tell what clothing the wounded man was wearing.

    A man has been charged with killing one man and critically injuring another during a brutal attack Monday in Oswego County. Mathew R. LeBoeuf, 33, of County Route 84, Central Square, was arrested by the Oswego County Sheriff's Office and charged with murder, deputies announced early Tuesday morning.
