    Detectives with the Berks County Drug Task Force on Wednesday arrested Ralph Bryan Dalessio at the Wernersville Community Corrections Center in South Heidelberg Township. Detectives said their investigation revealed that Dalessio was selling heroin in downtown Reading by taking orders on a cell phone and then delivering packets of the drug to his customers in the 400 and 500 blocks of Penn Street.
