Millen, West Main Street, the result of old age and a stroke of paralysis a few months ago. Mrs. Foote was a daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Nathan Wooster, pioneer residents of Norwalk, who passed to their heavenly reward a number of years ago.

    Frederick Alspach, of, Wellington was southbound on North Main Street on his 2000 Honda Helix Scooter shortly after 7 a.m. when he collided with northbound 2010 Mercury Milan. Police said the driver of the Mercury failed to yield to oncoming traffic while making a left turn on Kelly Street, according to a news release from the State Highway Patrol Elyria Post.
