    WEEHAWKEN -- A road rage incident that began in Weehawken Tuesday morning ended in Manhattan, after police said a 34-year-old Denville man drove through the Lincoln Tunnel after the other driver and spray-painted male genitalia on his box truck. Felix Zeydelis was charged with criminal mischief and attempted assault, after first using black spray paint on the truck, then trying to spray the other driver, said Joe Pentangelo, a spokesman for the Port Authority Police Department.
