    WEBSTER Webster Ventures has a valid liquor license for its 75-foot paddlewheel boat called Indian Princess, but license holders must comply with local town rules, a spokeswoman for the state said Wednesday. Citing a town bylaw that says no open containers of alcohol are to be carried aboard any motorboat on Webster Lake, and similar language in the Code of Massachusetts Regulations, Webster police ordered Indian Princess owner Christopher Robert to discontinue selling booze after the vessel's maiden voyage Friday night.
