Pye, 30, of 28 Prospect St., Webster, were arraigned last week in Central District Court on charges that police said were lodged in connection with the Aug. 16 shooting death of Shane Bennett , 24. Mr. Pye was arraigned Friday on charges of carrying a firearm without a license , carrying a loaded firearm without a license, conspiracy to violate the drug laws and a firearm violation with three prior convictions for violent or drug offenses.
