    A Waynesville driver accused of being under the influence of heroin when he caused a crash that seriously injured another driver on Interstate 75 last year was sentenced Tuesday. Marshall Dutton will spend five years in prison and was given a ten year license suspension for the crash after pleading guilty to aggravated vehicular assault.
