    Stephen Moad, 19, of Waynesville, was indicted by grand jury on July 11, 2016, on the charges of statutory rape of a child under 15 and second-degree forcible rape relating to the same encounter with a former classmate. Moad lived at home with his parents prior to his arrest on July 24. He is being held at the Haywood County Detention Center under a $120,000 bond.
