    The Waynesboro Police Department has charged a man with multiple felonies after he allegedly abducted, abused and sexually assaulted a family member Tuesday night. Thirty-year-old Ronald Issiah Burrton, who used to live in Waynesboro, is accused of putting a 30-year-old Waynesboro woman through an ordeal of rape and assault lasting some eight hours.
