    WAYNE - A man convicted of driving while intoxicated and careless driving after a 2008 accident in Wayne is entitled to see a video recording of his arrest, if such a recording exists, the state Supreme Court ruled on Tuesday. In a decision affecting rules of "discovery," or the evidence to be provided to a defendant before trial, the court also ruled that although the municipal prosecutor was required to give the man a list of police officers from another town - Pequannock - who were also present at the scene, the defendant could not raise that issue on appeal because he did not raise it in municipal court.
