In a decision affecting rules of "discovery," or the evidence to be provided to a defendant before trial, the court also ruled that although the municipal prosecutor was required to give the man a list of police officers from another town - Pequannock - who were also present at the scene, the defendant could not raise that issue on appeal because he did not raise it in municipal court.
