    Home furnishings and accessories chain HomeGoods will open in the second phase of Wauwatosa's Mayfair Collection, occupying the northern end of the building, which is currently under construction. Chicago's HSA Commercial Real Estate , which manages the property, said in a press release Monday that HomeGoods has signed a lease for 22,454 square feet at 11100 W. Burleigh St. The new location is set to open in fall 2015, and will be HomeGoods' second in the Milwaukee area, adding to one in West Allis.
