Malone was charged with felony murder for his alleged role in the shooting death of 65-year-old Saeed Sharwani of Brookfield, who was working at a Citgo Gas Station in Waukesha when he was fatally shot during a robbery on Tuesday, January 13. Police arrested Kenneth Thomas , 19, less than 10 hours after the shooting.
