    An 18-year-old Salinas woman who was killed in a crash in Las Lomas was identified by the California Highway Patrol Wednesday. Daynzu del Carmen Rico Becerra died Saturday night when the Jeep she was a passenger in veered off Elkhorn Road near Garin Road and flipped down an embankment.
