Los Amigos Harvesting's spokesman said the company seeks a hearing to review the commissioner's findings to present information the company considers accurate.

Minnesota-based operator Progressive Rail is now poised to take the reins of the Santa Cruz Branch Rail Line from its prior operator, cash-strapped Iowa Pacific, which had defaulted on its contract, leaving behind an unpaid debt and more than 100 parked railcars.
