    St. Lawrence County sheriff's deputies report they were called to the scene of an ATV rollover crash at the Sweet Pond Hunting Club at 4:15 p.m. When deputies arrived they found the ATV, a 2000 Arctic Cat, down an embankment. Brianna Snow, 23, of Webster was driving the ATV, deputies said, when she lost control and left the trail.

Elise Stefanik before the president landed to sign the National Defense Authorization Act at Fort Drum. The rally was union-sponsored, with Service Employees International Union 1199 the primary organizer, but participation included members from the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers, New York State United Teachers, the state Council of Churches and Planned Parenthood of New York.

    Planned Parenthood of the North Country, Inc. plans to open a community outreach center in a storefront building at 83 Main St. The downtown center will provide information about sexual and reproductive health care, including health insurance enrollment, said Katie M. Ramus, the agency's north country vice president of community engagement. The center will be furnished with couches and chairs and will also serve as a safe, relaxing spot for members of the LGBT community members and others to gather, she said.
