    A town of Watertown teenager remained in critical condition as of about 7 p.m. Wednesday at Upstate Medical University, Syracuse, after being struck by a pickup truck as he rode a skateboard Tuesday afternoon on County Route 65. Donovan H. Desormeau, 13, was injured when he was struck by a Dodge Ram driven by Howard P. Davis, 45. Mr. Davis told state police he was traveling north on the county road, also known as Ives Street Road, when he entered the southbound lane in an attempt to pass the skateboarder, but the youth also moved into the southbound lane and the truck struck him just before 4 p.m. Town of Watertown Ambulance was dispatched to the scene at 3:54 p.m. Tuesday.

State police said Douglas A. Medley, 50, of Watertown, was southbound on Route 11 when he crossed over the center line and into the northbound lane of a tractor-trailor driven by Chris A. Anderson, 50, of Philadelphia.
