Ballanger, 17, of 203 Mary St., with first and second degree criminal contempt, fourth-degree criminal mischief, second-degree harassment and seventh-degree possession of a controlled substance at 1:59 p.m. Wednesday at 900 Bronson St. Police said Mr. Ballanger violated a refrain from order of protection when he shoved the protected party and damaged her cable box during a domestic incident. Mr. Ballanger also allegedly possessed 48 pills of Tramadol in a cigar wrapper without a prescription.
