    A Watertown man was sentenced Friday to 3½ years in prison after pleading guilty to third-degree unlawful manufacture of methamphetamine in Jefferson County Court on Oct. 18. Joshua W. Gonio, 35, pleaded guilty to third-degree unlawful manufacture of methamphetamine on Oct. 18. Judge Kim H. Martusewicz will mandate that he serve the sentence in the Willard Drug Treatment Program, in which offenders serve 90 days in a military-style rehabilitation program before spending the remainder of their sentences under parole supervision. Mr. Gonio was among two charged with making methamphetamine on June 27 in a vehicle on Stone Street.
