    Police identified the two women killed Friday in a fatal two-car accident at a busy intersection of a highway exit ramp and city street. Katherine Wadman, 73 of Waterbury and Samantha Mallette, 25 of Watertown died when a pickup truck coming off the exit struck the passenger side of Wadman's car, Deputy Police Chief Fernando Spagnolo said Saturday.
