Police say New Waterford, Ohio, resident Thomas Richard Ross went through eight or nine red lights and stopped at the gates of the FBI building Tuesday but ignored orders to surrender and floored the gas pedal, ramming a gate.

    A dump truck driver who said he had a bomb deliberately smashed his truck through a security gate of the FBI's offices on Tuesday, but no bomb was found and there appeared to be no connection to terrorism, authorities said. The driver, Thomas Richard Ross, of New Waterford, Ohio, was injured in the crash, but nobody else was hurt, they said.

Pete Kegley, 69, of Beverly, president of the Beverly Lions Club, said Monday's rain didn't stop community members from enjoying the show's traditions such as the kiddie tractor pull, the tractor parade and the tractor rodeo.
