    Per local Washington D.C. area news outlet Borderstan.com , Madam's Organ, a bar in the Adams Morgan neighborhood in D.C., was fined $500 by an Alcohol Beverage Regulation Administration inspector for violating a rule that states that doors and windows to any establishment where live music is played must keep their doors and windows closed from 12:30 AM until the venue closes. During a hearing in about the fine, Bill Duggan, the bar's owner, said the drummer of the band playing there that night opened a ground floor window for five minutes "to let a fart out" and "then the inspector showed up."
