    An unlicensed 16-year-old driver was killed after she lost control of the car, struck a guardrail and then was hit by a tow truck on Interstate 95 in Warwick, R.I. late Friday night, officials said. Jasmine Reyes of Providence, was driving her friend's car when the vehicle struck the guardrail and became disabled on I-95 near the Jefferson Boulevard exit at about 11:20 p.m, Rhode Island State Police said in a statement.
