A Warsaw woman died Thursday afternoon in a two-vehicle crash when she apparently pulled out in front of a pickup truck at the intersection of U.S. 30 and Kosciusko County Road 350W. Barbara J. Wagner, 78, was pronounced dead at scene of blunt force injuries suffered in the accident reported about 2:10 p.m. Thursday, Kosciusko County Coroner Michael Wilson ruled. Comment?
The Kosciusko County Coroner said Monday that the Saturday drowning of two Warsaw 17-year-old boys on South Maple Run is currently Toxicology results from the victims may take an extended period of time before they are made available to the coroner or our agency. Autopsies were completed Sunday on both victims, and conclusive to the Coroner's scene investigation as accidental in nature at the present time. Comment?
Kosciusko County officials are investigating the drowning deaths of two teenagers Saturday afternoon whose bodies were found about 12 hours after they went reported missing in Warsaw. Kosciusko County Sheriff's Department deputies and Dive Team members responded at 1:59 p.m. to a 9-1-1 call of a possible drowning. Comment?

Tests of the water quality at a popular northern Indiana lake have found no contamination following a fire at a nearby chemical plant, the Indiana Department of Natural Resources said Tuesday. No amount of contamination has been found in the tests at Winona Lake and fish from the northern Indiana lake are safe to eat, the agency said in a news release. Comment?
