    A Langley man has been arrested for his alleged involvement in a January burglary, where he and another man reportedly impersonated law enforcement officers and took several items from a Warrenville man. Timothy Wayne Osborne, 48, of 104 Taylor Plantation Lane, is charged with first-degree burglary and impersonating a law enforcement officer, according to arrest records.

    Joseph Hay Gartrell III, 31, of Warrenville, faces charges of unlawful carrying of a pistol and discharging a firearm with the city limits, according to an Aiken Department of Public Safety news release. Officers responded on Monday to the 300 block of Brown Lane in Hahn Village in reference to a shooting, and upon arrival a victim suffering a gunshot wound to the back was located, police said.
