Adams, of Youngsville, was sentenced to 12 to 24 months in a state correctional institution; a $2,000 fine; $425 in fees; and psychiatric and psychological evaluations for recklessly endangering another person; six to 12 months, to be served consecutively with the previous count, with credit for 119 days served, for criminal mischief; a $25 fine and $45 fee for meet vehicle proceeding in opposite direction; and a $25 fine and $45 fee for reckless driving.
