A fugitive with violent tendencies who was on parole for first-degree assault is this week's “Fugitive of the Week.” The District of New Hampshire - New Hampshire Joint Fugitive Task Force has been requested to assist in the location and arrest of Charles James Sally, 29. Sally has an extensive criminal history and a history of assaultive behavior, according to a press release from the U.S. Marshals district office in Concord. Sally was last known to live in the Warner area where he has friends, family, and associates, but could be anywhere at this time. Comment?
KEENE – The New Hampshire Furniture Masters are honored to present “Furniture Masters 2015: Our Stories,” an exhibition of works by 15 members. The show will be on view at Keene State College's Thorne-Sagendorph Art Gallery, from June 5 through July 23. A Canadian man chose not to appear for his arraignment Wednesday on murder charges stemming from the 1988 killings of two women in an apartment in Nashua, New Hampshire. The Supreme Court of Canada has ordered the extradition of two men to New Hampshire to face charges in the deaths of two Nashua women nearly 27 years ago. The men are Canadian Micmac Indians who were working construction in Nashua when 48-year-old Charlene Ranstrom and 32-year-old Brenda Warner were bound, beaten and stabbed to death in their home in October 1988.
