    Detectives are seeking the public's help in identifying possible victims and/or witnesses in Saturday's luring case. Daniel I. Moreinis, 44, transient from Colorado, was arrested on probable cause for Luring and Criminal Impersonation 2nd Degree, after approaching a young girl in the area of Alder and 1st Avenue around 11:10 a.m. At the time of his arrest, Moreinis was found to be in possession of a small plastic toy gun and plastic police badge.
