Arrested were a 29-year-old Waianae man on suspicion of second-degree arson, second-degree murder, use of a firearm and owning or possessing a prohibited weapon; a 30-year-old Makaha man on suspicion of being an accomplice to murder and a weapons offense; a 26-year-old woman with no local address on suspicion of second-degree murder and use of a firearm; and a 26-year-old Makaha woman, who lives with the 30-year-old man, on suspicion of first-degree hindering prosecution.
