At 11:16 p.m. Dec. 2, the Wadsworth resident, 48, was found passed out in the driver's seat of his 2015 Jeep Cherokee at the intersection of Fixler and Ridge roads in Sharon Township.

Sarah Persinger, 37, of Akron, and Richard Mallardi, 48, of Wadsworth are each charged with one count of kidnapping and one count of felonious assault in Akron Municipal Court.
