    Utility crews were out this morning to restore power, and experts from National Weather Service in La Crosse, Wis., were out seeing if tornadoes had indeed touched down after a powerful line of storms smashed through the region Tuesday evening. There was an unconfirmed report of a tornado touching down near Wabasha, near the intersection of county roads 10 and 77, the service said.
