    A Virginia Beach man who had been previously convicted of rape is headed back to prison for crimes against two minors under the age of 13. John James Aggar, 52, was sentenced Tuesday to 80 years in prison with 35 years suspended for two counts of forcible sodomy -- victim under age 13, two counts of object sexual penetration -- victim under age 13 and two counts of custodial liberties. According to a release from the the Office of Commonwealth's Attorney Colin D. Stolle, Aggar pleaded guilty to one count of custodial indecent liberties before being found guilty on the other charges in a trial.
