    A small stretch of Shore Drive near Ferry Road will shut down intermittently between 3 and 5 a.m. so Dominion Virginia Power crews can take out electrical wiring from power poles along the road, Virginia Beach spokesman Drew Lankford said in a news release. Lankford estimated the closure would happen two to three times during that two-hour stretch, and last about five minutes each time.
