    The Hart House will be moved to a new location next month, the first stage of what appears to be a plan that could preserve the historic Villa Rica structure that dates back to the pioneer days of Carroll County. The building, which seemed doomed for demolition only three months ago, will be relocated to a portion of land owned by the First Baptist Church of Villa Rica, which also owns the Hart House.
